Salinity Red Blend #1 is the first in a project from importers and winemakers Theo Coles (The Hermit Ram), Alex Craighead (Kindeli) and Becca Goodall (Salt Lick). The idea behind this label is to create wines from overlooked pockets of organic fruit, that suit their ethos and are simply delicious. They only made one amphora of this merlot dominant (90%) blend, and threw in some Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris to push juicy factor through the roof. These are the sorts of wines we love, fun, easy drinking, creative and affordable. In the hands of these gurus we think you're going to love it. Wild blackberries from the Merlot, and floral spicyness from its blend fellows.

We work with winemakers who move along a self-created path. Be it lesser-known gems, or redefined classics our winemakers curate their wines and actions with an eye on forever.
