Hand harvested from 20-30 year old vines. Biodynamically farmed with bunch thinning, leaf plucking and vinified Sur Lie to give more complexity, finesse and volume. This is a full-on style of Muscadet with ripe, red apple flavours and and a balanced lemony acidity. It's well structured with some minerality and a tight, nervy texture.
