Schioppettino Bressan is not just a wine, but also a short treatise on winemaking philosophy. Bressan is beyond the concept of biological, rejects any label claim of vineyard conditions even more severe discipline of biological sostenze uses no chemicals, no added sulfur anidrida musts, favors spontaneous fermentation without the use of industrial yeasts.

Schioppettino, also known as Black Ribolla, is a native of Friuli wine and is inextricably tied to this land, a land whose Bressan is one of the bravest and most deserving members.
