COS winery is located on the island of Sicily off the coast of southern Italy. It is one of the leaders of the natural wine movement and all wines produced here are certified organic.
--------THE GRAPE--------
Nero d'Avola + Frappato
Nero d'Avola is the king of Sicily's red wine scene. You will find it across the majority of the island either as a single varietal or within the many blends with other varietals such as Syrah or Cabernet Sauvignon. Nero d'Avola produces wines that are fleshy and full bodied with plenty of bright red fruit flavours.

Sicily is the island off the south coast of Italy. It is famous for being home to Mt Etna - now a region that is producing some of Sicily's most exciting red and white wines. Overall, Sicily is home to a raft of interesting whites and reds that are light and interesting to fuller in body and age-worthy.
