This 10 year old is fully sherry cask matured boasting fresh citrus aromas and decadent vanilla shortbread. The palate is sweet with more of that vanilla shortbread note with a light malt character and fresh lemon peel lingering to a rich and zesty finish. A lovely refreshing style from the distillery.

Glenrothes Distillery

The Glenrothes [glen-rothis] distillery is situated in the quaint village of Rothes in the heart of Speyside. The Glenrothes style is soft and smooth with notes of caramel / toffee, spice, vanilla and delicate citrus apparent throughout their expressions. The new 'Soleo' range is matured entirely in Sherry seasoned oak casks. The collection takes its name from the traditional soleo sun-drying process which dries the grapes to aid the creation of the finest sherry.
